Refund Policy

Cancellation Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted to Clients who provide written notice of their cancellation solely as provided in the following schedule:

Date of Notice of Cancellation Applicable Refund
Within 3 business days of deposit: Full refund of all tuition and fees paid, less:

  1. Actual expenses incurred by FTI.
  2. The cost of fees, books and courier and/or shipping fees.
More than 60 days prior to Start Date**: Refund of tuition and fees less:

  1. Actual expenses incurred by FTI.
  2. Cost of applicable training materials including courier and/or shipping fees.
  3. A cancellation fee of $150 to cover administrative expenses.
Between 30 and 60 days prior to Start Date: Refund of tuition and fees less:

  1. Actual expenses incurred by FTI.
  2. Instructor travel, instructor per-diem, hotel and car rental expenses.
  3. Cost of applicable training materials including courier and/or shipping fees.
  4. $500 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
Less than 30 days prior to Start Date: No refunds

*Certain simulator providers have limited refund policies once time is scheduled.
**Start Date means the first scheduled day of class.
